Made with Bullseye glass coe 90, and sold by the ounce in cane form.

This is a special Halloween mix: candy corn, candy twist and spider web. You will get a total of 1.5 ounce, and approximately the amounts you see photos of murrini on scale and next to dime.

How much is one ounce? One ounce = approximately 5-7 approx. two-inch sticks, depending on the diameter/thickness. Sticks can vary from approx. 3/16 to 3/8 of an inch in diameter.

The murrini design varies from the beginning of the pull to the end. Please see the main photo to see what the variation looks like. I will try to give you some from all parts of the cane so you have some variety to work with, but that is not guaranteed.

As with everything when working with glass, making murrini using a vitrigraph kiln is a lot of trial and error at first to learn what works -- and more importantly, what doesn't. I started making murrini in 2021 to incorporate into my own projects. I am now making my murrini available for you to use in you glass work. My murrini is great for fusing, mosaics, enameling, glass blowing and more.

I call my murrini product line MINZABELLA MURRINI. My cats are Minzer (short for Minnie Meow) and Meow Bella. "Minza" means "star" in Arabic. "Bella" means "beautiful" in Italian. My murrini: beautiful stars!

Cutting glass canes:
My glass canes are easy to cut with glass nippers (make sure the blade is sharp). Putting the cane squarely between the nipper blades will help you get a straighter cut. I typically cut off about an 1/8th of an inch for using in my work, but you may want your pieces thicker depending on what you are making.
